Poor services
Really poor app and online services. Shouldn't buy until you want to waste a month and get nothing in return! They would take order and still not deliver the thing and for refund, would take more than a month. A total waste of time

Negative Report
Good afternoon, I had an occasion to buy in H & M of Gran Via, Madrid this week and my experience was bad, to say the least! After waiting in a queue for over half an hour, I was finally attended by a man in a vest!!!! Do we really have to put up with being served by assistants so inadequately dressed?

Completely unprofessional staff
Completely unprofessional staff. One particular skinny girl with black hair always dresses provocative with her chest hanging out and multiple times that I go into shop here she is always flirting with different men. I have went to ask questions multiple times about merchandise and she acts inconvenienced and irritated. Not a place I would even bring my husband into because of the atmosphere she creates.

Customer service not very helpful
Tried to ring the Liverpool branch and the number listed was actually put through to customer service. As I tried to explain my reason for calling, the person on the other end kept talking over me. They said if I wanted to speak to the Liverpool branch, I would have to go in or ring them directly. I explained the number I rang put me through to customer service so could they provide me with the correct number, in which their response was 'google it'. Not helpful at all. Also, not a reflection on actual H&M stores as whenever I go shop in person there the staff are always lovely and helpful. However customer service not much help.

Awful Service H&M Frölunda Torg
What am awful service I experienced yesterday at H&M Frolunda torg in Gothenburg, Västra Frölunda! I have made an online order with 23 items, that was delivered without return label and return papers in it. It was unusual , but whatever - sometimes confusions happen. Unfortunately none of the items didnt match my expectations and it had to become a full return. Since there were no return labels/papers I made a trip with a huge box to nearest H&M at Frölunda Torg. And here the magic begins. 1) they said that since it is an online order, they cant take a return here. WHAT?! I have been a customer for H&M for years and it was never a problem to make a return of online order in the store. So they wanted to send me home to "get in touch with customer service" to solve this. I wondered when the new rules come in place which was ignored and they still rejected to take it. The queue behind me started to grow. After 5 minutes of negotiations and showing them the app that says that I can do a return as I please - sending or in the store, the return process started. 2) Both employees were extremely mean talking among themselves about "you know those customers who buy only on sales, for sure everything is on sale, otherwise they cant aford". The queue behind me was growing and it was intimidating to hear this conversations out loud with more than 10 people behind! 3) The cashier was extremely unefective doing scanning , labeling and taging. All together it took more than 20 minutes. Even though all was scanned and I could leave with a reciept and she could to the labeling alone in peace. 4) When I pointed that this could be a solution, she answered sarcasticaly "what was I expected coming with so many items?!" and that "not I will stay here as long as it takes for her to solve this". The queue behind was getting even bigger. 5) 25 min after she gave me a receipt saying that she is not sure that the payment will go trough since I havent done the return online (comon, moment 22), but it is not her problem anymore. I will need to contact customer service. I have been a loyal H&M customer for years both in Sweden, Latvia and Greece. Now there is no will to even consider this store as an option! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Great speedy delivery!
Ordered some items on Sunday 25th and they came on the Tuesday late afternoon- I didn't even pay for next day delivery! Really good service, I normally just shop instore but due to new work hours just haven't had time so was hesitant as I prefer to try things on. Overall really impressed by speed of delivery and quality and fit of the clothes :)

Recommends this store!

Market Mall - terrible service - awful manager.
Market Mall, Calgary - tried to return defective shoes but they would not refund because the tag was off the shoes! I had a full printout of my Mastercard receipt, which was not good enough for them! Also, they claimed I wore the shoes as they were slightly scuffed on the bottom (from other customers wearing them in the store!). The manager and the clerk ganged up on me and sneered at me gleefully as they refused my request. I will never shop there again - their clothes are cheap and belong in the dump. Sustainable clothing - hah! What a concept!

No refunds of tracability on Monki returns. Zero customer service
Bought several items on one order - H&M & one Monki. Due to weird sizing I had to make a couple of returns - one to H&M & one to Monki. H&M is done online & is traceable but Monki the label is included in the parcel and once returned disappears into the ether without regsitering on your account. No way of contacting H&M or Monki customer service so I'm now £45 out of pocket. H&M are basically stealing money from customers who return items in good faith. H&M have just lost decades long loyal store customer though this.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I usually shop at H&M online and in store but never again. I ordered items online for next day delivery. Which was never delivered by Evri the next day. Contacted H&M and they refunded the delivery fee. I had to chase them everyday for a week regarding parcel. Evri finally emailed me delivery date, I was in on day of delivery, but no one rang my door bell or even knock on my door. I had a message to say item was delivered so I opened door to check if parcel was there, nothing. I contacted Evri straight away as well as H&M. Evri couldn’t make out where delivery man supposedly left the parcel so classified it as lost. H&M told me they have to do an investigation and nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for H&M to refund me for missing parcel. They keep telling me it has to be escalated to a different department, contact Evri and refund me my payment asap.

Terrible delivery times
Really bad services on delivery I ordered sneakers and tshirt 23 days ago and i just got a delivery confirmation today and it says it will take atleast 13 more days to delivered and on the website it ws 6 to 7 day even after Covid -19 delays. Plz never get anything online from them. I will try to find other platforms as well to inform ever1 too Thanks
